The New A8
Drivers looking for the very best in performance, luxury, and style have long looked to the A8. The new A8 continues to impress in all of those areas, but now adds excellent efficiency. The handsomely sculpted bodywork of this sedan now hides more technology than ever before. Aside from the top-notch infotainment system and sophisticated interior styling, the 2013 A8 features a revised powertrain. In place of the old 4.2L V8 that powered past A8s, a supercharged 3.0L supercharged V6 will be motivating the new model. The New S8
With all of the style and sophistication of the A8 and a bit more power, the S8 appeals to true driving enthusiasts. For 2013, the Audi S8, much like the A8, will feature a smaller engine than it has in previous years. The difference here, however, is that the S8’s smaller engine is significantly more powerful than the outgoing behemoth. The new 4.0L turbocharged V8 produces an otherworldly 520 horsepower, while the old V10 made only 450. The new S8 is also more efficient, despite a 0-60 time that is more than a second faster than before. The 2013 S8 features a handful of styling points that distinguish it from the A8, including 20-inch wheels and grille detailing.
